How do I cancel my subscription?

We are sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your NextUp Comedy subscription.

To cancel your NextUp subscription or free trial:

  • Go to My Subscription
  • Click Cancel Your Subscription towards the bottom of the page
  • Click Cancel again to fully cancel your subscription.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be on a desktop, or in a desktop view to cancel your account - you cannot cancel through our app.

iOS Mobile Devices

If you subscribed via an In-App Subscription on an iPhone or iPad, you will need to cancel your NextUp Subscription with Apple. Instructions of how to do this are available here:

Please note that Apple require that cancellation is made 10 days prior to the date on which your bank account is usually billed. Therefore if you cancel less than 10 days before the

renewal date the cancellation will not come into effect until the following calendar month.

Android Mobile Devices

If you subscribed via an In-App Subscription on an Android mobile or tablet, you will need to cancel your NextUp Subscription with Google. Instructions of how to do this are available here:

Unfortunately, due to App Store policies, we are unable to cancel subscriptions taken out via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store; the user must cancel their subscription directly.
